Dr. K. Vijaya Sri

Dr. K. Vijaya Sri is currently serving as a Professor of Pharmaceutical Analysis at Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. With a distinguished career spanning 18 years in teaching and 20 years in research, she has made significant contributions to the field of pharmaceutical sciences. She has also held the role of Course Director for two short-term training programs in 2016 and 2019, funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT).

Her excellence in research was recognized with the Best Research Paper Award in Pharmaceutics (2018) by the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA) for her work published in the journal Indian Drugs. Her research expertise encompasses cutting-edge areas such as 3D printing, nanoparticles, solubility and dissolution rate enhancement, pellets, analytical method development, and Quality by Design (QBD).

Dr. Sri has an extensive publication record, with over 66 research papers and review articles published in renowned national and international journals. She has actively presented her research findings at numerous national and international conferences. Most recently, she showcased her work through a poster presentation at AAPS 360, held from October 20 to 24, 2024, in Salt Lake City, USA.

As a dedicated mentor, she has guided 2 Ph.D. scholars, 64 postgraduate students, and 20 undergraduate students to the successful completion of their degree projects, underscoring her commitment to fostering academic and research excellence.
