Placement Overview

Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy is the platform where you can achieve your dreams. It is a bridge between the companies and talented students from different places of country who believe us and join in our institution. The main aim of the placement cell is to provide the students an opportunity and platform where they can potentially build their career in Industries. We train our students such that they analyze and plan their career from the day one.

Objectives

  • We provide various orientation programs, webinar, seminars and workshops. Individual student training as per the requirement of industries and some pharma IT companies.
  • We also make interactive sessions with the experts which enhance the performance of the student.
    Organize industrial tour which will help the students to understand more about the core concepts.
  • We also conduct skill development programs periodically which will be helpful for the students to be strong in their communication skills, writing skills, including CV preparation, E-mail writing etc.
  • We also provide opportunities for internships for students so that they can gain practical knowledge.

Career Counselling & Guidance

We provide career counseling and guidance to our students from the day one so that they develop strong opinion on their future in pharmacy.  These counseling helps them to understand various opportunities that are available from them in market and plan accordingly.

Soft skills Training

Providing Soft skills training enables students to “think outside the box” both creatively and critically. Using these skills, they will be able to weigh up their options in their Careers and make more accurate decisions, which making them more likely to achieve the desired results.

Communication skills development

Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills. It is what enables us to pass information to other people, and to understand what is said to us.  We train our students to excel in communication skills and use these skills to grow not only in Carrer but also in life.

Interview preparations

An interview is a structured conversation where employer asks questions, and the candidate provides answers. We train our students to face the interviews very confidently so that they can crack the job. We conduct demo sessions, mock interviews etc. To enhance their performance so that he/she shall perform well in final interview.

Technical writing & Resume Writing

We train our students in writing technical document so that they can put forth their knowledge on papers and create a good impact. In any interview, we know that the resume plays a key role. We provide a clear guidance to our students regarding resume writing so that they can represent   themselves properly on papers.

Industrial visits & Guest Lecture

We organize various guest lectures by the experts in different disciplinary which will create a enthusiasm in students to work hard know more.  The sessions are also helpful to understand the actual work in the industries. Industrial visits create a awareness among the students about the original working environment and to explore more about the subject.
